Windows 10, when starting the camera / webcam, getting error SPUVCbv64.sys and bluescreen is coming

When we are trying to make video call from any app like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet etc, a blue screen appears and system restarted always. I checked Microsoft document and perform basic steps like troubleshoot windows in safe mode. remove all latest installed software, disable antivirus but it did not work.

Error appears as below:

Solution:

  • Open the Device Manager and right click the webcam -> Properties
  • Click Update Driver and check if it works as expected. If not,
  • Browse my computer for drivers
  • Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer. If already on latest driver, then uninstall the driver for Integrated camera.
  • Check the manufacturer of Integrated Camera from Device Manager.
  • Download latest driver from the internet -

  • Download Sunplus/Realtek Integrated Camera Driver Package.
  • Install it on Machine and check the video call. It should work.
