How to -Bit9 Troubleshooting Guide


  1. Login into ”cmd” as administrator and goto path C:\Program Files <x86>\Bit9\Parity Agent.
  2. Check the status of connection between Bit9 Server and Bit9 Agent using command – ”dascli status”. Server and client should be connected.



 Enter ”dascli” password, password is bit9 global password 

3.    Make enforcement as ”low”. This help locally allow agent server to perform changes.

4.  Bit9 services stop/start from ”dascli” commands and load and unload parity drive.
