Traffic is not flowing between POS interfaces of routers

Traffic is sometimes not coming between two STM's connected between two routers.

Captured ping loses, checked all the configuration during recent times.

Captured logs from various commands like
1. sh ip route
2. Sh ip int brief.
3. show logs

Since the issue arrived only once and no reoocure in network took place, we decided to test the issues by reproducing it.So we shut the primary link and simultaneously shut three non primary links between routers.

Detailed activity steps taken for reproduction/testing of issue.

1. Shut the 2 WAN POS Links between GGN GSR to Okhla GSR.
2. Traffic will be moved to Secondary links (5 POS Links). Make sure the traffic is moving through the Secondary Links from PE2-to PE2.
3. Trace routes and Pings to be captured and detail call testing to be done by the circle team.  (At this point of time all 5 POS Links will be UP)
4. Shut any 2 POS Links (ABS Link#1 and ALU Link) on PE2 routers of GGN and Okhla and check the 3 other interface for the errors if any, pings with higher size packets should be successful. (At this Point of time 3 POS Links will be UP and should carry traffic)
5. Detail call testing to be done by the circle team.
6. Now disable the 3rd Link also (except ABS Link#2 & Tata) on PE2 routers of GGN and Okhla and check the 3 other interface for the errors if any, pings with higher size packets should be successful. (At this Point of time 2 POS Links will be UP and should carry traffic)
7. Detail call testing to be done by the circle team.
8. Enable all the 2 POS Links (Both ABS and ALU), once these are up and carrying traffic. Disable/SHUT  the other 2 POS links (ABS Link#2 & Tata)
9. Now traffic should be catered through the 2 POS Link (ABS Link#1 and ALU) and Ping through the Higher size data.
10. Detail call testing to be done  by the circle team
11. Enable 2 POS Links and Make sure all 5 POS Links carryĆ¢€™s the traffic
12. Enable the GSR to GSR 2 wan Links and make sure all the traffic is carrying through the Primary Links (GGN GSR to Okhla GSR) 13. Detail call testing need to be done by the circle team.

Final resolutions

During the activity, there was no repetition observed where we could see the Clear Codes and/or packet losses on 2 POS interfaces.

As no changes happened in the network and the activity also did not reproduce the packet loss problem, we can conclude that no issue (configurationally or behavioral) was prevailing on the OKH & GGN PE routers. This clearly indicates that the problem was external and could be due to media.
